The successful candidate will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and setting up appointments with clients to discuss their insurance needs. We provide training, support, and mentorship to ensure our agents have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with average commissions ranging from $450-$600 per application. Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can earn $80,000-$190,000+. For those looking to build a passive income stream, agency owners can generate $200,000-$500,000+ per year.
