Job Description

Miele is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role involves implementing excellence in customer support by providing top-notch service with a focus on meeting Department KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Dealer network, National Accounts and all levels of the business to meet customer needs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Enter, monitor, modify, verify, and release standard sales orders through the fulfillment process within an SAP environment.
  • Respond to post-order customer inquiries by phone and email to resolve disputes, issue debit/credits, and approve return authorizations.
  • Provide requested proof of deliveries or tracking information as requested by external or internal customers.
  • Assist with special order intake for assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a corporate sales environment.
  • One year experience in an SAP environment preferred.
  • Basic Excel skills preferred.
  • Two Years of College or Equivalent Work Experience.
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed.
  • Demonstrated proficiency as a Customer Service Representative from a retailer/distributor/manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent verbal/phone, written and chat communications skills.
  • Must possess excellent data entry, organizational and investigational skills with above-average attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
