Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for performing daily work in the lab, assisting the Laboratory Manager and other Lab Technicians. Your primary focus will be on construction materials and geotechnical testing, with a focus on soils, concrete, and masonry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tests on construction and geologic materials under the direction of the Laboratory Manager.
  • Maintain and clean equipment and work areas.
  • Participate in the preparation of data entry and reporting.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to lift 65 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ACI Concrete Strength Training Certification or Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician - Level 1.
