Medical Oncologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oncologist to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As an Oncologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of cancer treatment.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including cancer.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories to ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide clear and concise medical information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to coding and billing regulations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging, to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology.
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible.
