  • Familiarity with menu items and daily specials, with the ability to accurately record food and drink orders.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to promote sales and provide excellent Member service.
  • Time management and motivational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent service attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our Members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong sense of self-image and ability to command respect.
  • Ability to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy periods.
