Job Description:

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes throughout Somerset and Middlesex Counties.

Responsibilities include making home visits, assessing and diagnosing clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and family members on necessary care and activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in NJ
  • Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
