We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and vacuum carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment.
  • Gather and empty trash and recyclables.
  • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Maintain janitor's closet and equipment in good working order.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen.
