Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a highly skilled travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team at a prestigious healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a chance to work with a diverse patient population and utilize your expertise in pediatric respiratory care.
About the Position:
This 13-week contract requires a strong background in pediatric intensive care and neonatal ICU. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including ventilation management, oxygen therapy, and ABG analysis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric setting and possess BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Additionally, experience with Servo I ventilators and EKG is preferred.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have a valid NC license, a minimum of 2 years' experience as an RRT, and current certifications in BLS, PALS, and NRP. Experience with PICU, PEDS ER, PEDS Floor, and PEDS MS cases is required, while skills in monitoring, vent management, O2 therapy, and draw ABGs are highly valued. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with neonates and infants, as well as ground transport experience. NPS certification is also desirable.
