Hospice Nurse Position

At Liberty Hospice, we prioritize delivering exceptional care to our patients and their families. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing compassionate support and state-of-the-art pain management services.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Robeson County. This per diem position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply nursing theories and concepts to provide high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate physical care and documentation to meet reimbursement guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality reviews.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least one year in hospice care.
- Knowledge of home health and hospice care programs and the nurse's role.
- 12 hours of continuing education annually.
- CPR certification.
