Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the delivery, installation, and configuration of computer systems, including software and network cabling.
  • Design and implement IBM systems, encompassing servers, storage solutions, and associated infrastructure.
  • Adjust and enhance hardware components to fulfill performance and capacity standards.

  • Oversee system performance and execute proactive strategies to avert potential issues.
  • Engage closely with network engineers, database administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of IBM systems within the broader infrastructure.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of IBM system configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting protocols.
  • Establish and uphold security protocols for IBM systems to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for IT personnel to bolster their understanding and skills in managing IBM systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service roles
  • Preferred experience in IT support
