We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team at Heitkamp Construction Inc. This role involves setting up forms, pouring and finishing concrete, installing reinforcements, and operating construction machines with safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pour and finish concrete to meet precise specifications
  • Set up forms accurately and efficiently
  • Install reinforcements according to project plans
  • Operate equipment safely and effectively under supervision
  • Clean and maintain equipment regularly

Key Requirements for Success:

  • Age 18+ years old (no exceptions)
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands
  • Capacity to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials
  • Accurate measurement skills and ability to read specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Forklift Operator Training
  • Commercial driver's license

Salary: Estimated $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Benefits include weekly paychecks, home most nights and weekends, medical insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation, 401K retirement match, profit sharing, and partial boot reimbursement.
