Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine Specialist to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care and experience in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide high-quality healthcare services to patients on-site and remotely, working collaboratively with Physicians, PAs, NPs, and BH providers.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects, utilizing data to drive informed decision making.
  • Stay Current with Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing organization-provided continuing education, including access to UpToDate.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
  • Benefits:

Requirements
  • Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Licensure: Massachusetts license for the practice of medicine
  • CPR Certification
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
