The Role
As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting with direct patient care, including basic nursing procedures, vital sign measurements, and wound care. You will also maintain patient records, communicate effectively with the healthcare team, and adhere to safety protocols. Your contributions will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive environment for patients and colleagues alike. To ensure success in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and prioritize patient needs accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Active status on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
