We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Hutta Orthodontic Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a strong rapport with patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive experience.
  • Educate patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices, promoting a thorough understanding of their treatment plan.
  • Work closely with the doctor team, assisting with various activities and providing support as needed.
  • Take X-Rays, pictures, and fabricate retainers, maintaining accurate records and charts.
  • Keep patient rooms stocked, organized, and clean, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
  • Be receptive to coaching and training, continuously developing your skillset and expertise.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of relative experience in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Knowledge of orthodontics, treatment appliances, and equipment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Compassion, integrity, and a high level of service for patients, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a professional manner at all times.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web browsers.
