About the Team:

We understand that each client has a unique story, and our mission is to create an experience that allows that story to unfold. Our care providers are trained to nurture and practice each client's set of beliefs, traditions, and rituals.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide personal care assistance and companionship to your assigned client
  • Promote your client's quality of life through meaningful activity and/or conversation
  • Provide light housekeeping and meal prep; Transportation as appropriate
  • Follow care plans/instructions; communicate all changes and concerns with the Sage Home Care Manager
  • Complete an electronic daily shift report
  • Comply with Sage Eldercare's Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.

Who You Are:

  • Must have at least one year of experience working with a Home Care agency
  • Must have experience working with Dementia clients
  • Must have a Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be passionate about working with seniors to improve their quality of life
  • Must have the ability to comprehend, speak, and write in English proficiently.

Compensation:

The anticipated base compensation for this position is between $24.78 per hour (+ shift differentials). Offered compensation will be determined based on education and experience.
