• Coordinate and supervise the activities of paving crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement plans to optimize paving operations, including scheduling and material control.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and train subordinate personnel, including foremen and laborers.

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving operations, with a focus on construction site management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
