Soliant Health is seeking a qualified and bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time virtual position with a school district in Illinois. This role involves providing services to a caseload of 20 students in grades K-5.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Provide direct virtual therapy services to students with various speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress and recommendations.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Illinois state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience working with elementary school students (K-5th grade) is preferred.
