We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to patients on the Central Coast. As a full-time or part-time Home Health RN, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive pay rate, ranging from $54 to $61 per visit for routine visits, $92 to $104 per visit for evaluations, and $162 to $183 per visit for admissions. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid personal time off, holidays, and sick leave, as well as a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality patient care, developing relationships and ensuring continuity of care. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient needs, manage your caseload independently, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Current California RN license
  • At least one year of professional nursing experience
  • CPR certification (Healthcare Provider)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Auto insurance coverage
