GFX Trader

We are seeking a skilled GFX Trader to join our team in New York. As a GFX Trader, you will be responsible for pricing client deals, managing risk to FX Swap, interest rate, and Cross Currency Swap markets, driving business growth, and liaising with other traders in pricing transactions involving multiple books.

• Pricing of client deals
• Managing risk to FX Swap, interest rate, and Cross Currency Swap markets
• Driving business growth
• Funding desk cash positions
• Liaising with other traders in pricing transactions involving multiple books
• Interacting with sales and originations to generate new business

• Experience of pricing and managing FX Forwards & STIR products
• Knowledge of all short end rate derivatives, XCCY swaps, and FX Forwards
• Excellent spreadsheet and database skills (Matlab, Visual Basic for applications, Java)
• Proven risk management skills; strong interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills
• Able to understand and interpret market trends and identify, communicate, and market trade ideas
