About the Role

We are looking for a skilled ETL Process Optimization Specialist to join our team at RMS. As a key member of our DevOps Data Integration team, you will be responsible for optimizing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data integrity, automation, and seamless integration across various platforms.

You will work closely with teams from Software Development, Product Management, and Research & Development to automate data workflows in a hybrid-cloud environment. Additionally, you may work closely with our consulting team on data projects, guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing assignments.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with large datasets and database technologies. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage automated processes to ensure seamless execution and promptly address any issues.
  • Develop and analyze reports to verify data accuracy and detect anomalies.
  • Troubleshoot IS Catalog - Level 1 system errors, researching issues, recommending solutions, escalating as needed, and executing jobs manually when necessary.
