Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Assist with patient registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Perform venipuncture, administer medications, and collect laboratory specimens under the supervision of licensed physicians.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably as a medical assistant or customer service representative.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
