Job Summary

Canine To Five is seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Pack Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our canine clients in our busy dog daycare and boarding facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Play Management: Ensure safe and enjoyable group play for all dogs in our facility, demonstrating sound decision-making and enthusiasm for clients and dogs.
  • Client and Dog Interaction: Provide exceptional care and attention to our canine clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including detailed cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, wiping, and scrubbing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service to our human clients.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 18 years old
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, walk, run, bend, and reach
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, excellent decision-making, self-awareness, and time management skills, superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Personality: A natural love of working with and caring for dogs, self-confidence around all breeds and sizes of dogs, and a positive attitude
