Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Forum Energy Services, Inc. in the United States. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise and attention to detail.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, depending on experience and location.

This Coatings Specialist will be responsible for performing blasting and painting tasks necessary to prime, coat, and finish pressure vessels, piping, and structural weldments after assembly.

• Blast with sand, shot, or grit to achieve a smooth surface.
• Spray paint using airless equipment to ensure a consistent finish.
• Achieve and maintain consistent Dry Film Thickness (DFT) standards.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strong coating knowledge and technical proficiency in an ASME pressure vessel and structural steel manufacturing environment.
• Class-appropriate level of experience working with coatings and finishing processes.
• Able to work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
