Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ER Registered Nurse to join our team at AHN Neighborhood Hospital. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans, prioritizing the needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain accurate, concise, and legible documentation of patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality assessment activities, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including attending staff meetings and participating in educational programs.
- Associates Degree in Nursing, required; BSN, preferred.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions, required.
- 2+ years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience, required.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association, required.
- Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication.
