Position Overview

The Store Operations Leader plays a crucial role within the Store Management team, contributing to our mission of guiding individuals towards improved health. This position focuses on optimizing store performance and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Operations Leader is responsible for cultivating a motivated and efficient store team through effective leadership and exemplary conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

The Operations Leader will assist the Store Manager in overseeing the comprehensive management and strategic operations of the store, which includes:

  • Overall management and supervision of store activities and adherence to company policies.
  • Sales performance and inventory oversight.
  • Staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Financial oversight and management.
  • Leadership in customer service initiatives.

Essential Functions:

1. Team Leadership

  • Guide and collaborate effectively with store teams.
  • Supervise, assign, and direct team activities.
  • Communicate vital information to team members and supervisors promptly.
  • Support the Store Manager in developing action plans for operational enhancements.

2. Customer Engagement

  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Promote a culture of outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

The typical pay range for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
