Key Responsibilities- Deploy and manage secure, scalable virtual machines across leading cloud platforms.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Active Directory, including user and computer objects, Organizational Units (OUs), DNS, WSUS, RDP, File Services, and Group Policies (GPOs).
- Conduct thorough analysis of operating system and application issues, including crashes, security incidents, and overall system performance.
- Utilize scripts, APIs, CLIs, and management consoles for the deployment and configuration of cloud assets.
- Engage in DevOps practices related to release and build management using GIT.
- Demonstrate proficiency in creating and utilizing automation scripts with PowerShell and Ansible.
- Exhibit expertise in operating system configuration and security fundamentals, assisting in compliance with risk management standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience managing Microsoft Windows Systems and applications.
- Over 2 years of experience in scripting and coding.
- A minimum of 3 years providing Enterprise compute support.
- Relevant certifications in Operating Systems, Networking, and Cloud technologies.
