Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Deaconess Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing individual needs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient situations, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and empathy, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience, with a current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred, with certification in a relevant specialty area.
- At least one year of experience in an acute care setting, with a strong foundation in critical care nursing principles and practices.
