Sales and Merchandising

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.

Store Operations

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for long periods, walk, and move around the store as needed.
  • Read and follow written instructions, reports, and other information.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Use computer and handheld devices to process transactions and access information.

Availability and Relocation

Part-time status requires flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relocation may be required for career advancement opportunities.

Education and Experience

No minimum education requirement. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
