Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Setup Machinist to join our team at Hughes Resources in Woodville, Wisconsin. As a Setup Machinist, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the efficient setup and operation of machinery to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading of product
  • Operating a grinder
  • Operating a press
  • Ability to cross-train in additional stations as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience with Acme-Gridley and Brown and Sharpe machines preferred
  • Familiar with the workings and installs of cam driven machines and their speeds and feeds
  • Knowledge of flat stick and dove tail tooling
  • Knowledge of various tooling attachments
  • Must be able to read blueprints
  • Must be able to read setup layouts
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
