General Information

● Compensation: $15/hour

Position Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Video Production Intern to join our B2B organization focused on the heavy equipment, construction, and logistics sectors. This internship presents a distinctive chance to acquire practical experience in video production while enhancing the digital footprint of a leading industry player.

Job Responsibilities

This role reports directly to the Senior Video Producer and collaborates closely with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include:

● Video Production:

○ Assist in the creation of promotional and editorial video content.

○ Operate cameras and oversee audio quality during recordings.

○ Edit video content for both long and short formats, including promotional materials for social media and the company website.

○ Develop monthly video content tailored for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube shorts, etc.).

○ Organize and manage digital assets (raw video and audio files, graphics, photos, etc.) and physical equipment (lighting, tripods, cameras, lenses, etc.).

● Social Media Support:

○ Assist in the development and scheduling of video content for various social media channels.

○ Support social media coverage of industry events and company announcements.

● Additional Responsibilities:

○ Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video concepts.

○ Convey the company's value proposition through impactful video storytelling.

○ Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

● Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.

● Familiarity with video production equipment (Canon and Sony cameras, various lenses, tripods, and camera support gear) and software (Adobe Creative Cloud programs, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro).

● Ability to work independently on projects as well as collaboratively within a team.

● Strong knowledge and intermediate experience with film and video equipment.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Highly organized and self-motivated.
