Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced math skills, including trigonometry, to accurately calculate angles and machine settings.
  • Produce precision-ground parts with exceptional tolerances, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain and adjust machine set-ups to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall workflow.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of direct machine setup and operation experience, preferably with multi-axis CNC equipment.
  • Familiarity with cutting tool design principles and universal grinding procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
