Speech Therapist

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Michigan.

• Full-time position
• Caseload will be discussed during the interview
• Onsite work during the school year

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
• Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

• A valid Michigan State SLP License is required, and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
• Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
