Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with established protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Assist patients in selecting appropriate products based on their unique needs.
  • Effectively communicate the effects and benefits of various cannabis products to customers.
  • Implement strict measures to safeguard company assets as directed by management.
  • Set up and dismantle display cases daily, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Support inventory management by processing and restocking merchandise and participating in inventory audits.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment through regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Foster a positive workplace atmosphere built on trust and respect.
  • Uphold confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or six months of relevant experience or training.
  • Experience in retail, cash handling, and Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in the medical cannabis sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Background check required in accordance with state cannabis regulations.
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Demonstrated drive for success and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
