We are seeking an experienced Fashion Design Team Lead - Technical Precision to join our client's design team in Los Angeles. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design development process from concept to production, ensuring that all designs meet our client's brand standards.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in fashion, preferably in lingerie or swimwear, and excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is also essential.

In this role, you will work closely with the senior team to develop designs that meet our client's brand standards, create technical flats and CAD designs using Adobe software, and collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless production.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Leading the design development process from concept to production
  • Collaborating with the senior team to evolve designs based on feedback
  • Creating accurate technical flats and CAD designs using Adobe software
  • Working with the technical team on fit adjustments and relaying feedback to factories
  • Conducting market research to ensure designs resonate with our target audience
  • Partnering with suppliers to source and develop seasonal fabrics, trims, and accessories
  • Working with international manufacturing partners to meet design deadlines

**Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience)
