As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ring up sales on a cash register accurately and efficiently, handling various payment types.
  • Perform multi-function operations of fuel consoles, lottery machines, and other equipment.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perform basic upkeep and cleaning of equipment.
  • Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness, contacting maintenance for repairs as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and verifying vendor deliveries.
  • Control merchandise, cash shortages, and other selling expenses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with occasional exposure to extreme cold temperatures, noise, and physical demands. You will be required to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.
