Primary Duties:

  • Identify and rectify minor maintenance challenges across electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment areas
  • Perform routine plumbing duties such as repairing leaks and clearing blockages
  • Handle standard electrical tasks including bulb replacements and light fixture repairs
  • Carry out HVAC filter changes
  • Execute both scheduled preventive and responsive maintenance tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness in mechanical and related areas
  • Ability to Work at Heights: Capable of working at elevated positions for extended periods
  • Ladder Skills: Proficient in safely ascending and descending various types of ladders
  • Lift Operation: Skilled in operating different lifts, including scissor and boom lifts
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or industrial maintenance
  • Knowledge of various building maintenance practices
  • Understanding of safety protocols and occupational hazards
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Compensation Range: $18 – $23/hr.

This pay range is specific to this role. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions.

Eligibility for participation in a company incentive program may apply.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
