We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Biohazard Remediation Lead at Aftermath Services in Hershey, PA. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $31-$32 per hour.

As a Biohazard Remediation Lead, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team in providing exceptional service to our clients during traumatic events. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participating in bioremediation projects to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Supervising the successful completion of jobs, overseeing project scopes, and handling necessary paperwork.
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and obtain sign-off for work initiation.
  • Providing on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help families in need and possess excellent leadership skills. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries is preferred, comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance will be provided. The following requirements must be met:

  • A valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Residency in the local area and ability to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
