Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Artisan to join our team at Art & Jake's Sports Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing salads and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced food preparation professional to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality salads and desserts according to standardized recipes.
  • Clean and prepare fresh vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads.
  • Mix ingredients for green salads to ensure consistency and presentation.
  • Prepare dressings, such as Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese, to complement our salads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food preparation and handling.
  • Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
