We're seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at Cinemark. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in overseeing our cash management operations and providing strategic support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily functions of our Treasury department, ensuring seamless cash flow and efficient financial operations.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard our financial assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of cash management operations and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Oversee daily investments of excess cash, exploring opportunities to expand our investment portfolio and maximize returns.
  • Prepare and present cash flow forecasts and reports to various departments, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
  • Collaborate with our FP&A team to forecast Treasury-related items and ensure alignment with our budget.
  • Mentor and develop our Treasury team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with international teams and financial institutions, ensuring seamless Treasury operations and effective banking relationships.
  • Administer online banking platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing financial processes.
  • Develop and implement annual reviews of Treasury processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Lead ad-hoc Treasury projects, driving innovation and excellence in our financial operations.
Requirements:
  • High-energy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, with 5-8 years of experience in Treasury Services, Cash Management, and Banking Services.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
  • Proven leadership and development skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
