Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky.

About the Job

This is a travel assignment for a 13-week period, with 40 hours of work per week and 8-hour shifts. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the performance of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, embolization, and tumor ablation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the interventional radiology suite
  • Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography machines
  • Administer contrast media and medications as directed by the radiologist
  • Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have a current ARRT certification in Radiography and a minimum of 1 year of experience in interventional radiology. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
