Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team as a Home Health Physical Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting optimal health outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • To evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
  • To provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • To communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and support.
  • To maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to travel to various locations throughout the region to deliver patient care.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist with AccentCare, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $105,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and company-matching 401(k) plan.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist, with a preference for community/home health experience.
  • Licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices.
