Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our patients.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide well-coordinated patient care, addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to the next level of care.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date required.
- Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date required.
- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
