About the Role:

Sylvan Learning is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to serve as an Exam Proctor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of exams provided by Prometric corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all exam materials are prepared and ready for the testing day.
• Manage the testing environment to maintain a distraction-free and secure space for candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to candidates, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor the testing process to prevent any irregularities or disruptions.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless testing experience.
• Maintain accurate records of exam results and candidate feedback.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
