Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Remote Speech Pathologist (SLP) to provide tele speech services to a school district located in Northeast Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.
Requirements
  • A valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent is required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Professional Liability insurance coverage is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
