CDL-A Regional and OTR Driver Opportunities

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits.

Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a competitive base pay rate of $.70 CPM for all miles loaded and empty.
  • Our drivers can expect a weekly average pay of $1800-$2200 gross per week for Regional Company Drivers.
  • Home weekly for reset and out 10 to 14 days for Over the Road Company Drivers.
Regional Opportunities

Over the Road Opportunities
  • We offer a competitive base pay rate of $.70 CPM for all miles loaded and empty.
  • Our drivers can expect a weekly average pay of $1800-$2200 gross per week for Over the Road Company Drivers.
  • Out 10 to 14 days.
Bonuses and Incentives
  • We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid out in the first year.
  • Performance and safety bonuses are also available.
  • Driver referral bonuses of $5000 and $3000 are available for drivers who onboard at T108 and other terminals, respectively.
Equipment and Safety
  • We offer new trucks with speeds of 65 mph on the pedal and 68 mph on cruise.
  • Our terminals offer amenities such as 24/7 availability to dispatch, on-site shops, and parking for personal vehicles.

Requirements
  • A valid CDL-A with Tanker and Hazmat endorsement is required.
  • A TWIC is also required, and must be obtained within 60 days after hire.
  • 1 year of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years is required.
