Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and evaluate corporate, partnership, and individual tax filings
  • Compile and assess financial statement reviews and compilations
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, assisting them in achieving their objectives
  • Support business owners in enhancing and maximizing the value of their enterprises
  • Oversee, manage, and schedule client engagements, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints
  • Guide and mentor senior accountants and other team members

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Successful completion of the CPA examination
  • A minimum of 7 years of pertinent public accounting experience in taxation
  • Strong understanding of the importance of adhering to deadlines and schedules
  • Proficient in technology and accounting software; familiarity with Thomson Reuters CS Professional Suite is advantageous (UltraTax, Practice CS, Advance Flow, GoFileRoom)
  • Experience with SurePrep and SafeSend Returns is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
