    • Shift: Variable shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
    • Average Daily Census: 8 deliveries per day; 15 post-partum patients per day
    • Years of Experience: 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience with post-partum experience required
    • First-timers Accepted: Yes
    • Weekend Requirement: Will work every other weekend
    • On-call Requirement: No
    • Clinician Float: Will float within scope to meet facility needs
    • Block Schedule: No
    • Locals Accepted: No - 100 mile radius
    • Pending License: Yes
    • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
    • Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
    • Special Requirements: Labor, Post-partum, Cesarean Section, vaginal delivery, ante-partum
    • Unit Details: 13 bed L&D unit, 5 triage rooms, 2 ORs, and 27 post-partum rooms
    • Partnership: Partnered with Children's hospital to care for > 28 weeks gestation
