KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct maintenance and repairs in accordance with established procedures and industry standards.
- Meet all regulatory compliance requirements.
- Diagnose maintenance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify repair needs.
- Repair various types of equipment, including pressure vessels and trailers.
- Ensure availability of necessary tools for daily tasks.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of welding techniques.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in relevant training programs and safety courses.
- Adhere to company policies, including environmental and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in diesel or heavy-duty truck maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to complete the Maintenance Apprentice Program.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and perform physical tasks.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and maintenance requirements.
- General mechanical knowledge, including repair of various systems.
- Must obtain a CDL with necessary endorsements within the first year.
- Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
