Overview

We are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Retail Associates at Hobby Lobby International Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about our merchandise.
  • Process transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products to create an attractive and engaging store display.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
