About the Role

The Field Sales Consultant is a key member of our sales team, responsible for generating sales leads and presenting our solar products and services to potential customers in their homes. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and consultations to evaluate customer needs and preferences
  • Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion to sales
  • Accurately report on sales activity and outcomes using our CRM tool
  • Meet or exceed sales targets as set by sales leadership

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to partner cross-functionally to address customer needs
  • Willingness to spend time traveling within local market, depending on business needs and sales model
  • Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an iPad/computer and multiple software applications
